Dear apple emoji nerd I think it’s time to add the robber emoji you have all the other occupation emojis and I think it’s rude the the robber community and it hurts their feelings

They're no longer accepting requests for new flag ones; these can only be added if they're for an entity with an ISO-3166 code, and due to limited unit capacity, very few subnational ones actually have been put in.
