Locked notes without password on iPhone

Why do my notes get locked even though I don’t have any password on them? I can’t open any of my notes, locked or unlocked. Please help.

They don't. They will only be locked if you chose to lock them.

If you have forgotten the password you used to encrypt your notes, they can not be recovered.

Actually, I didn't lock them. I did not have any passwords on my notes. They just got locked. I could not open them. But now, somehow it was unlocked..automatically. Thanks God. I really didn't do anything. Could not. The phone did not response.
