While iPad WiFi+Cellular models support GNSS (supporting GPS, Galileo, GLONASS etc.), iPad specifications do not list dual-frequency GPS (i.e., L1/L5) operation.

At present, dual frequency GPS operation is only available with some models of iPhone and Apple Watch.
