Apple Pay region setting issue on iPhone
When I try to add Apple pay I got this “Cannot Add Cards The region setting for this device cannot be used with Apple Pay”.
how can you help me?

Not all countries or regions support apple pay check if the region you love in supports apple pay from the link below:
Countries and regions that support Apple Pay - Apple Support (IN)
If your region supports apple pay then go in settings to check if you region is correct to do that
- Open the Settings app
- Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases
- Tap View Account
- Tap Country/Region
- Select your new country or region
- Tap Change Country or Region
- Tap your new country or region, then review the terms and conditions
- Tap Agree in the top right-hand corner, then tap Agree again to confirm
- Select a payment method and enter your new payment information and billing address, then tap Next
