Few settings are missing on my iPhone 14 Pro menu

have you tried to scroll to the bottom of settings

settings->apps and then scroll down to m?

in general if you have problems locating things in settings then if you scroll all the way up

it shows a search field there you can just type in the text of the setting you wish to find.

Open Settings

Scan down to last listing which is Apps

Tap Apps

Look for all of the apps you want there, including Mail and ALL are listed alphabetically
