how to i customize my keyboard for certain letters? ( ie. the "Z" key)

im going crackers trying to find this answer.

I want to be able to type in zz and them my full email pops up.

how to i do that?

I tried the keyboard short cuts apple> system settings . keyboard.. but got stuck there.

im on a new MAC Sequoia 15.0.1
