Covid vaccine record now on multiple QR codes

My lastest Covid Vaccine record now includes 2 QR codes. The document

states "Vaccination history exceeds the storage capacity of one QR code.

As such, the vaccination data has been encoded across multiple QR

codes. All QR codes should be read to verify this document." When I

scan either QR code it opens in Health and states" Unable to upload

data". How do I scan both qr codes at once?
