I have been working on my macbook pro without a problem. i reatarted it and when i signed in, i got a message that my account is locked. how do i unlock it?
This computer belongs to my employer and they have disabled recovery mode and I don’t have any passkeys. Options are limited.

You cannot use that Mac until whoever owns and controls that Mac unlocks it.
