bug: screen keeps time on when ist turned iphone off

i turn off my iphone during the night. since the last update, screen time prints grey bars for the whole time, my iphone was turned off.

this seems to be a bug

Screen Time Broken My screen time is showing that my iPad was on 3 apps every hour since about 7pm to when I turned the iPad on. The weird part is that the iPad was completely shut down.
