Cannot send message using the server Exchange (Exchange)

When I select send later the recipient then receives two emails.

When selected edit message and then attempt to resend or 'try with selected server' the recipient will receive two maybe more emails depending on attempts.

How do I stop this? The SMTP server list has nothing on it..

Outlook/Exchange is Microsoft product, contact them or look at their help forum to correct the issue.
