I downloaded the game a while ago from the app store, I couldn't get the support section to work from the game people who made the game. I was wondering if anyone was out there that can help.
I get to the first screen, which says v1.0.2 click on the big play button, but nothing happens. The game doesn't load at all.
I have Mac OS 12.7.6 installed.

That game hasn't been updated in over nine years, at least the version in the App Store, so I'm not at all surprised that it's not working even on an older version of macOS like Monterey. All the dozens of reviews from the last three years or more all say the same basic thing, that it just doesn't work. So you're probably spinning your wheels at this point and probably just should delete the game and move on.
