Unable to UnInstall Bing Wallpaper App from my Mac Studio Computer running Sequoia 15.0.1

When I try to trash it I get a message that the App is in use and I cannot trash it. I tried highlighting the app and went to Force Quit but the app does not show in the Force Quit window. I went to Library/ Application Support/ Microsoft/ Bing Wallpaper and deleted that Microsoft folder.

Can someone help me please?
