Black box on iPhone 11 that shows up when I type

A black box on iPhone 11 screen shows up when I type. Where did this come from? Can I remove it? Is it harmful?

Me too, but on iPhone 16

Haven’t checked a YouTube video where one has to go to two places in Settings, and one is Safari.
