planning to get series 10 GPS + Cellular from a friend residing in USA as they are coming..
will support the network carriers providers of India ?

It will not work on cellular networks in India. It will work as a GPS only device.
Please not that there are restrictions on devices based on the country of sale. It will not have blood oxygen monitoring and the warranty will not be valid in India. It will have to be taken back to the US if it requires service.
