If you are suggesting you've only lost 5% in battery health in a full year, you should be very pleased. On average, one can expect up to a 1% loss in battery health per month of ownership, or for every 25 cycle charges a 1% drop. So in 12 months to only lose 5% is far better than normal.

Why your phone drains faster is most likely not tied to the very low loss of battery health. Open the Settings App, then tap Battery and you'll see a list of what is using the most charge. Make adjustments in usage based on the results you see there.

Also, a Forced Restart can often make a big difference and is something I do after EVERY iOS update. Have you done one --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
