The Apple [credit] Card holds no actual money so nothing to transfer. It's a credit instrument.

If you perhaps mean an Apple Gift Card, then that is redeemable onto your Apple Account, but not onto Apple Cash.

If you mean something else, then please clarify.

If you mean transfer from your Apple Card (credit card) to Apple Cash, that is not possible. That is a Cash Advance and not something you can do with the Apple Card. It is only for purchases.
