Problem accessing NYT subscription
I recently bought all access digital subscription to New York Times on my iPad Mini (6th gen, iOS 17.6.1) as shown in screen shot below. When I log into the NYT app using my icloud email used to buy the subscription, it doesn’t find the subscription. I searched all the threads I could find on this problem and did everything recommended. When I try to Restore Subscription from the NYT app, it comes back with a message saying it can’t find the subscription and I should call or email the NYT. When I called NYT, they said there was no subscription associated with my icloud account (which they did find, just not the subscription I bought using it). So why does the subscription show as purchased on my iPad as shown in screen shot below? NYT phone support told me I have to contact Apple since I bought the subscription through Apple. Does anybody know official Apple contact to do this? Of course if I have to cancel and redo the subscription I no longer see the special offer I signed up for, it will be a significantly higher cost which maybe is the reason behind all this hassle…
