MainStage External Instrument Detuning Error

Hello! I work with a music ensemble that utilizes both onboard plugins within MainStage as well as external VSTs (such as Keyscape, Kontact libraries, and Omnisphere). We are able to use the onboard sounds just fine, but when loading any instance of an external software instruments, MainStage tunes all of the sound from those external instruments down by roughly 50 cents. It’s been really killing our game since we want to use the high end sounds that we paid for, but can’t due to the tuning issue.

I’ve tried checking all the mappings and can’t find anything that is mapped to affect the tuning. I also looked inside each instance of the external instruments to see if there were any tuning settings that were different, but everything seems to be fine. I have also tried these instruments in a different computer on mainstage and they seem to work just fine with no tuning issues. If anyone has any ideas as to what the issue may be, I am open to any advice!

We are feeding all of the audio into an audio interface. I tried using my interface at home which appeared to fix the issue. But when using the other interface, it is now pitch bending our sample instruments and onboard MainStage instruments. Changing the sample rate helped resolve the tuning issues on one sound but would cause another to go out of tune. I know it sounds pretty crazy. It has us scratching our heads.
