I found that the "Scrub" behavior applied to the "OUT" group extends past the duration of the Motion template. By selecting it and pressing O at the very last frame to set an out point, the problem seems to go away (but I can't say if it is now behaving exactly as you want it to).

Hmm, after marking out on scrub (out), in motion it's okay, in Final Cut now it plays animation in twice %)
