Kartor Tool Not Working Properly on Apple Devices

Hi there,

I’ve been facing issues with the Kartor tool on my Apple devices (iPhone and iPad). The tool keeps crashing or freezing whenever I try to access certain features or maps. I’ve ensured my devices are updated to the latest iOS versions, but the problem persists. I’ve also cleared the cache and tried reinstalling the tool, but still no luck.

Has anyone else encountered this problem with Kartor? Any tips on how to fix it, or should I contact support directly? Would appreciate any insights!

Several things to try:


Have you restarted your device? That sometimes clears up odd issues.
