I want to be able to share a second phone, which is a clone of my first phone, with a team member so she can send text messages. Is this possible?
THANKFULLY, this is not something you can do. If it was, it would present a HUGE security risk to users whose phones got cloned. Apple would NEVER support something like this. At least I certainly hope Apple wouldn't ever support it.

You could have an actual real and active phone number attached to it so she can text you. If for some reason you don’t want her to have an active line then she can use it on WiFi and iMessage you or use other messaging apps. What you are asking for is an odd want…why would you want someone to have a clone of your device giving them access to everything? Giving them the freedom to act as you when it comes to calls and texts? Receive security codes to access various accounts so they can gain access to those accounts?
