Macbook Loose Keys

I purchased a MacBook Pro two weeks ago from iVenus, I noticed the keys feel very loose and makes a creaking sound when pressed or even touched.

I went to iVenus store where I purchased within 4 days and also went to other apple service provider, but they refused to replace/repair since the keys are functional.

I understand the keys are functional but being a Mac user for a long time, it doesn't feel/behave like other Macs at all and I am not able to work on this device due to my OCD.

It's kind of frustration after spending $2500, anyone else faced the same issue?
