How can I download a missing TV episode on macOS 15.0.1?

I have lost one episode of a TV series, and I want to download it to keep permanently on my desktop OS 15.0.1, and possibly burn to a disc. The one possibility seems to be get_iplayer. Any advice much appreciated.
