Constant Double Simultaneous Notifications Driving Me Bonkers

This was a topic from last year with many replies: Since upgrading to iOS 17.0.1 some apps notifications are duplicated (Nike App, Twitch, eBay just to name a few). After a restart the problem seems to go away only to return a few hours later. The notifications are exactly the same and show up at the same exact time. Anyone else experiencing this?

I have an iPhone XR which I love. But since 18.0.1 ( and probably before, I am getting immediate double notifications for many of my apps ( such as the Ring, security camera, weather alerts.......Not with text messages thankfully) but it is annoying.

Any idea what this may be or the fix for it. Again, not a duplicate alert per see. It is just two notifications simultaneously. Much thanks.
