Screen recording starts automatically

My iphone 13 promax starts screen recording while I use random apps or the internet. I generally notice the red indication on the too left side of the screen and have it switch it off manually while the file saves itself into the gallery. Please help!

Screen Recording icon missing from Control Center on iPhone 13 my iPhone 13 is not showing the screen recording icon , then I went to check the control center , there is no app showing there to start with . The access with app is turned on , I force restarted my phone and check again still not showing, I as well reset the control center it’s still the same . I checked if my iPhone software is updated , yes it’s up to date . Pls what else do I need to do to have the screen recording pop out ?. Thank you [Edited by Moderator]
