I turned my VPN off in error on my IPad and not sure how to enable it again as when I click to turn it on its asking for description, server,user authentication etc. Can anyone help me please as I do not know where to find this information as I’m not very good at this.

Perhaps you have been using a third-party VPN App - instead of manually configuring a VPN connection in iPad settings?
