Apple Music Lossless audio playback micro skipping

This has been reported years ago, but has not been fixed. Within the first 30 seconds of music playback of a track, there will be a micro skip in the audio, upsetting the tempo and enjoyment of the music. Presumably when it switches between AAC 256 kb/s playback and the Lossless stream. Very annoying. How can Apple not fix this? Force only Lossless streaming/playback, and NOT access the AAC 256 kb/s steam first. I hear it happening on both iMac (Intel Core i9) and Apple TV 4K (2022/3rd Gen).
