Clean Up Not Showing on iPhone 15 Pro iOS 18.0.1

When is Clean Up for photos supposed to be released. I have a fully updated iPhone 15 Pro and still do not have Clean Up.

It's due to be released later in the autumn with, I think, the 18.1 version.
