How to cancel and request refund for unknown charges?
I was charged 9.99 on something I don’t know what it was for but I want to cancel it and would like my money back.

- Where are you seeing the charge and what is the description?
You may be able to request a refund, but you need to be able to identify the charge in order to prevent it from happening. Apple is not billing you for a transaction that was not authorized with FaceID/TouchID or your Passcode. In most cases all transactions are final in the App Store, but in some cases Apple may provide a compassionate refund.
