How do I reset Google Chrome to its default settings on MacBook Air

please help me! I cannot close the tag google chrome in my local network; privacy and settings.


someone entered my MacBook M2 changed the date, the location and played on google chrome. I deleted google chrome BUT I am forced to have google chrome on my local network tags I cannot shut it also I have 4 google chrome tags in local network! please help me handle this problem. I have shut down the computer but I still feel he has access to everything

I had followed

this

sudo rm -rf ~/Library/Application\ Support/Google/Chrome


sudo rm -rf ~/Library/Caches/com.google.Chrome

but not this

~/Library/Preferences/com.google.Chrome.plist


sudo rm -rf ~/Library/Saved\ Application\ State/com.google.Chrome.savedState


but I was so badly bugged I had mister India playing with my computer so apple support helped do the necessary. next time I will follow the whole process you have given me
