Mysterious White Icon on iOS 17.7: Unable to Open, Delete, or Identify – Possible Virus Concern

I've had a mysterious white icon with a circle and lines on my phone for a while now. It doesn't have a name, won't open, and I can't delete it. I've checked the apps and storage on my phone, but it doesn't appear anywhere. I'm concerned it could be a virus or something. How can I remove it? I'm running iOS 17.7
