There is a problem I have with one of my applications and support asked me to send a receipt for all my purchases from the application, but I don’t know how to obtain a receipt only for application purchases.

If this is something from the App Store, you get email receipts for your purchases. They are not grouped by app but by date. You'll need to go back through your email and find them.
