Why is NFC not working on ios 18

I’ve been trying my NFC tags on all iPhone updated to iOS 18 and it’s not been working, I tried with an IPhone XR running on iOS 16 and it worked.. Is there a way to fix NFC issues on the IOS18?

iPhone 7, iOS 15

iPhone > Settings > General > About > SEID > does it show all zeros or a multi digit number?
