I had an iCloud account linked to an AirPods headset, and I deleted the account permanently. I did not know that the headphone was linked to iCloud until when it was sold, and now I want to remove it from iCloud. I want help.

If you can't remove the device or item and unpair it from an Apple ID you should reset it.

Carefully and thoroughly read that article for information about what happens when you delete your Apple ID account. For example:
"Make sure that you sign out of all your devices to avoid issues with apps that use your Apple Account or iCloud. If you forget to sign out, you might not be able to use your device when your account is deleted."

If you can get the old account working again, you can then remove the airpods.

Apple can reset a device if a person can provide sufficient evidence of valid ownership (usually the original receipt from Apple or an authorized retailer —> Keep your receipt after you buy an Apple device - Apple Support ).
