How do I get app store back
So I can't find app store in my app library in my setting or in my home pages so how do I get it back.

The most common reason is Screen Time Restrictions. Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Installing Apps, and make sure it is set to Allow.
