iPhone 14 Pro Max says it doesn't have enough storage and won't record a video

My phone refuses to take a video and says there is no enough storage even though there is free 26GB available

Iphone 15 stops recording video and there's plenty of available storage My 15 pro max stops recording video (I make youtube content) and I have no idea that it's stopped recording until I get up to check the footage. I have a lot of available storage and the phone is in airplane mode when I record. My ios is up to date with 17.3.1. I have tried making the same video twice so far and this is incredibly frustrating. Any suggestions besides restarting my phone (obvious) would be appreciated. Thanks

iphone 15 pro screen recording stop itself when 700gb still available Just a week past , I brought a new iPhone 15 max pro with 1tb and on device it still shows 700gb space is available. After 7 mins Screen recording stops itself and don't save . Whats a point of buying 1t when i can use only 300gb ?

Are you sure that's local storage and not iCloud storage?
