Voice Control for dictating reports on MacBook

I try to dictate reports by voice control functionality on MacBook. It has option of building vocabulary. How do I get the list that could be uploaded.

How does voice control on my MacBook actually work? I'm pretty new with Apple products. Is there anyway to get the voice control to actually do what you tells it to do? Or how is it supposed to be used? Does anyone have any hints or examples on things that the voice control actually does when told to? For example, I would expect: "Show me the weather forecast for tomorrow." would give me some examples from web pages or so. But instead it opens a bit of music, or tries to call someone from my contacts, etc. How should the questions be phrased? [Re-Titled By Moderator]

How may I dictate a Pages document using Voice Memos app? I want to dictate a lengthy document on my iMac Sequoia 15.6.1. I can make a recording and convert it to text. But I can't edit, save or print it. How can I use this feature to create Pages document of the dictation. If I can get it as text to Pages, I can just use the WP features there. This dictation will require much revision and correction.

I could figure out that one can only have vocabulary list upto approximately 500 entries. So, it becomes useless when it comes to exhaustive entries, for example medical vocabulary.

Apple changed the location of Voice Memos audio files in macOS Sonoma. They are located in the Recordings folder inside of ~/Library/Group Containers/group.com.apple.VoiceMemos.shared/.
