Apple TV 4K audio sharing to multiple decices
Can I play audio from my Apple TV 4k 2021 to both my TV through HDMI and a bluetooth speaker at the same time? If not , can I play to multiple Bluetooth speakers?

Streaming audio to headphones would disable audio to room speakers, if that is what you meant.
Streaming to multiple room speaker systems is only supported for AirPlay 2 audio systems, not Bluetooth.
Streaming audio to 2 sets of AirPods or Beats headphones is possible (even if that is Bluetooth). Other brands are not supported for this.
