Adobe Acrobat 24.003.20180 Quits Unexpectedly when trying to change print settings. We need to print proofs for work all day long, and since the latest update to Sequoia 15.0.1 we have trouble printing PDFs. It crashes, we reopen and sometimes it works, other times we have to open and reopen multiple times.

Yes. PDFs open and print in Preview. We don't get to add crops or a file description to the print, but it is working to get basic prints out, and we can change the paper size and choose double-sided or not. The print quality seems poor using Preview. Colors are very muted. There might be settings somewhere to produce more accurate printouts using Preview; I just haven't found them yet.
Can you open it in Preview?
I would write to Adobe support and ask them if that will fix your specific situation. Of course if you are working from a company to also check with your IT folks as well.
Are you using the built-in Adobe Acrobat print panel from its toolbar print icon, or attempting to use the File menu > Print (Apple tool)?
That's interesting. We always use the keyboard shortcut of command P to print. I have done one test just now using the icon in Acrobat to print, and it didn't crash. I will continue to test it, but this might be a good solution. Thanks!
That keyboard shortcut uses Apple Print panel, not Adobe's print panel.
Since we are on a Cloud-based subscription plan for Adobe C.C., we only have the option that's available through our plan. (Screenshot of our version below). Do you think I should uninstall, and then reinstall Acrobat?
