Password not recognised on Outlook mail on Mac but works on iPad and iPhone

For some reason the Mac has decided not to let Outlook mail work, although it has done previously.

I tried the usual delete the old account and set up and add as a new one, but still saying username or password not recognised.

Outlook mail functioning perfectly on iPad and iPhone, just issue on Mac

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.15
