macintosh HD shown as server

Hello I'm running macOS 15.0.1 and occasionally when I click on recent items in the menu accessed by clicking the apple logo in the top left, I see that the macintosh HD is listed under servers and I don't understand why. When I then click that, I'm shown the scheme of the update for 15.0.1 under the title Mnt 1. Please forgive my ignorance, in that I assume this is nothing to worry about, and is caused by the way the update works, but any assurance would be welcome. Thank you.
