Unable to complete Apple Account setup

I am quite new to Apple.

I want to download a app in the App Store.

Therefore I need to complete my Apple ID, but I just can't!

If I fill in the form; my address, phonenumber and everything, it keeps getting red and saying I have to fill in everything. But I just did!!

Help?
