Unable to turn off the Face ID in Safari

No matter what I do I'm unable to turn off the face ID on safari. It's frustrating to have to unlock it every time. Online people say to reset the face ID and it still didn't help. Is there any way for there to be no lock at all. No face ID or passcode.

I'm frustrated and disappointed with this new safari feature. I just want to comfortably go back and forth through my apps without their being a hassle of Face ID not seeing me well or having to type in a code every time.
