Persistent Old Safari Bookmarks on iphone

Dear Apple community support

I am experiencing an ongoing issue with old shortcuts in Safari on my iPhone. Despite several attempts to delete them, the shortcuts keep reappearing on my home screen . Here are the steps I have already taken:

1. I have disconnected Safari from iCloud synchronization.

2. I deleted the bookmarks directly through iCloud.

3. I reset Safari by clearing history and website data through the iPhone settings.

Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the issue, and the old shortcuts continue to return. usually after some time.I would appreciate any additional guidance or solutions to permanently remove these persistent shortcuts.
