Why is my animated album art not working on iOS 18?

Animated album art not working?

I’m on a 13 Pro. Been having this issue since iOS 18.0. didn’t fix with 18.0.1 either and it STILL is not working today which is really getting me mad. I dont have low data or low power mode on, animated album art is enabled to “on” and not “WiFi only” in music settings, reduced motion isn’t on, etc. The album art is showing in full screen as it’s supposed to, but isn’t animating. Is there any fix for this?
