iMac Retina 5K 27 on Ventura 13.5.6, Safari won't connect to the internet.

Hello, I was messing with some settings with my VPN (Nord) and Safari just stopped connecting to the internet. There's no problem with my internet service since I can connect using another browser, FireFox in this case. I have no idea why this is happening.

The furthest Ican update Ventura 13.5.6. when I click on the new update available alert, it supposedly downloads it and starts the install but never completes it. Could that be the problem?
