The apple watch autopauses all workouts at 10.5 seconds, even after updating to the latest watch OS, fitting it snugly, charging to a 100% and turning off Autopause in settings. If anyones found a solution please do share. Thanks

Did this work before upgrading to watchOS 11?
If yes, and to rule out a software issue, try to unpair the watch and connect it again, setting it up as a new device:

If your workouts did not stop after 10sec, prior to watchOS 11, this is one more reason to let Apple know about the issue by using the Feedback link:

Hi. No tattoos im afraid.
Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately i have tried it all. I unpaired it and reconnected the watch twice. Erased all data etc. Nothing seems to resolve the glitch.
