Missing Apple Intelligence Features on iPhone 15 Pro Max (Bahrain Variant)

I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue I am facing with my iPhone 15 Pro Max (Bahrain variant) running iOS 18.0.1. Despite changing the region to the United States in my settings, I am unable to access the Apple Intelligence feature that should be available with this version of iOS.

Here are the steps I have already taken to resolve the issue:

• Changed the region to the United States.
• Ensured that all relevant settings (Siri, Live Text, etc.) are enabled.
• Restarted my device after making these changes.
• Checked for any iOS updates, but I am already on the latest version.

Unfortunately, these steps did not resolve the issue. Given that my iPhone is a Bahrain variant, I am wondering if there are any restrictions or region-specific limitations tied to the device, even after changing the region in the settings.
