Missing Apple Intelligence Features on iPhone 15 Pro Max (Bahrain Variant)

I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue I am facing with my iPhone 15 Pro Max (Bahrain variant) running iOS 18.0.1. Despite changing the region to the United States in my settings, I am unable to access the Apple Intelligence feature that should be available with this version of iOS.

Here are the steps I have already taken to resolve the issue:

Changed the region to the United States.
Ensured that all relevant settings (Siri, Live Text, etc.) are enabled.
Restarted my device after making these changes.
Checked for any iOS updates, but I am already on the latest version.

Unfortunately, these steps did not resolve the issue. Given that my iPhone is a Bahrain variant, I am wondering if there are any restrictions or region-specific limitations tied to the device, even after changing the region in the settings.

iOS Version: 18.0.1

Region Setting: United States (previously set to Qatar)

Which Apple Intelligence feature are you looking for in iOS 18.0.1?

iOS 18.0.1 focuses on bug fixes and other improvements and does not contain the Apple Intelligence feature. Apple is also working on iOS 18.1. This update will contain the first Apple Intelligence features and a number of other changes.
