Low FPS and high ping on Bootcamp for gaming apps

Every app I use on bootcamp is laggy, I play Roblox, I get 1-7 fps. I play Solo:Leveling Arise, I get 1-7 fps. Accompanied by over 1k+ ping at least, on average. When I switched to macOS, the ping and fps were perfecto, but when I came back to bootcamp, it went right back to being low on everything. I don't know what's causing this, I've resetted the Macbook, on bootcamp, uninstalleed everything and reinstalled it, there's plenty of storage left, the wifi's perfect, the macbook isn't overheating and even if it was, before when it was super hot, it didn't affect performance, but now it does. I've done everything, don't know what to do anymore.
