bluetooth won't turn on
Bluetooth in system settings won't turn on. I slide it to on and then it immediately goes back to off.

It sounds like some glitch may have confused the OS.
Have you restarted your Mac?

Does the same thing happen while in Safe mode?
You can exit safe mode by restarting your Mac normally.
